COVID-19 State-Level Data

The New York Times provides various COVID-19 data in the United States daily in public (you may want to visit the New York Times U.S. tracking page). Of the datasets, I use the state-level data to look into whether so-called “mask states” and “non-mask states” show similar trends of positive results. States populations estimate I got from the U.S. Census Bureau to calculate cases per 100,000 people.

I’m still working on it. But I would like to show the distribution of the state-level data from the New York Times on the latest date. I have generated an HTML file from the R markdown by using the knit function in RStudio. If you want to see the file, please click the link below.
